By purchasing our services, you accept that the Terms and Conditions set out hereunder represent a legally binding contract between yourself and Sorelle Vitality.

1. Health & Safety

Physical exercise can be strenuous and carries a risk of serious injury. We recommend that you obtain a physical examination from a doctor before using any exercise equipment or participating in any exercise activity.
By participating in physical exercise or training activities with Sorelle Vitality, you do so entirely at your own risk.
Any enhancement products (including dietary or food supplements) are your responsibility, and you should consult a physician or qualified practitioner before starting any programme.
You acknowledge and assume all risks of injury, illness, or death when using our advice or participating in our services.

2. Release of Liability

You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that they include a comprehensive and binding release of liability.
You expressly agree to release and discharge Sorelle Vitality, its trainers, instructors, employees, directors, and officers from any and all claims or causes of action. You waive any right to bring legal action against Sorelle Vitality for personal injury, property loss, or damage.

3. Negligence

Where legally permitted, the release and waiver in clause 2 includes any claim under the tort of negligence (whether such negligence is founded in statute, common law, or otherwise).

4. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

5. Results Disclaimer

Results from our services and nutritional advice will vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

6. Payments & Refunds

Once the first package and any deposit for coaching have been paid, these payments are non-refundable.
Sorelle Vitality requires an initial 4-month direct debit commitment.
After this period, one month’s billing cycle notice is required for cancellations.

7. Client Responsibilities

It is your responsibility to send your weekly check-in and maintain contact with your coach. If we do not receive your check-in, there is no obligation for us to follow up.

8. Use of Testimonials & Images

We reserve the right to use progress images and written or video testimonials for promotional purposes (both online and offline).
By using our services, you consent to such usage.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Our information and advice are not those of a medical professional. You must seek advice from a qualified medical professional before following any of our programmes.

10. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions are deemed accepted and agreed by you upon purchasing Sorelle Vitality services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with Sorelle Vitality are governed by the laws of England.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
