In 8 weeks, you’re going to go from sweating your way through group fitness classes to confidently lifting weights on the gym floor, with a plan that actually makes sense, eating enough to feel good, no dieting & no fear of getting “bulky”!

Didn’t win my giveaway? I’m still giving you the chance to join for £99 for the full 8-weeks, but only if you grab your spot before 8pm on Monday 31st August.

After that, it’s £149, right up until doors close.

This is for you if…

You’re the one who books the class, every-single-time; circuits, kettlebells, HIIT, whatever’s on the gym timetable. You’re there, you’re sweating & you’re giving it everything you’ve got, but somewhere along the way you started wondering if that’s actually it

You’ve been going to classes for years, and you still couldn’t tell someone what following a “programme” actually means; you just turn up and do what you’re told, because nobody’s ever shown you it could work differently

You’ve walked into the gym, looked at the free weights section, and quietly rerouted yourself to the treadmill instead; “maybe when it’s quieter”, because the thought of someone watching you get it wrong feels worse than not trying at all

You’ve said “I’ll start again Monday” so many times it doesn’t even feel like a promise anymore, just a habit, because every time it hasn’t worked, you’ve assumed that means you’re the problem

You eat less on the days you workout because it feels like the “safe” thing to do, like more food will undo whatever you just worked for

You’ve caught yourself saying you want to be “toned, not bulky” without really knowing what either of those actually means for your body; it’s just the language you’ve always heard, so it’s the language you always use

You scroll past women lifting with a plan, feel a pang of something (envy, maybe) and think I want that, but I’m not really a lifter, like it’s something you’re either born with, or not

You’ve bought the app, the plan, the “one that’ll finally work” and quietly stopped using it a few weeks in, again, and told yourself it’s because you’re not disciplined enough, not because the plan was never built around your life

You’re tired; tired of starting, stopping & feeling like you’re always one Monday away from it finally clicking because nobody’s ever told you it isn’t about trying harder

Things you’ve tried in the past…

You’ve tried the fasted cardio with your stomach growling through the whole session because you read somewhere it “burns more fat” on an empty stomach.

You’ve tried the “clean” seven days; meal prepping on a Sunday night, feeling proud of yourself by Tuesday, and quietly abandoning the containers in the back of the fridge by Thursday.

You’ve tried the plan you found on your phone (the one that told you to do 4 sets of 20 with a dumbbell you could barely lift for 5!) so you either used a lighter one than you needed, or ground through reps with terrible form and wondered why your knees hurt the next day.

You’ve tried cutting back on the weekends because Saturday night felt like it needed “earning.”
You’ve tried doing an extra class in the week to “make up for” the meal out.
You’ve tried starting again (properly this time!) on more Mondays than you’d like to count, each one feeling like a fresh chance to finally get it right.

And every time, it’s the same story, isn’t it?
You go hard, you get tired, you get hungry, you get frustrated, and eventually… you stop, because the thing you were doing was never built to last.

And here’s what that’s costing you…

Because it’s not just the money you’ve spent on programmes that fizzled out by week three; the ones still sat unopened in your inbox, or the app you paid for and haven’t logged into in months.

It’s the years you’ve spent showing up, working hard, and still not knowing if what you’re doing is actually working because nobody ever showed you what “working” looks like, beyond the number on the scale. So every Monday morning weigh-in either gives you a small hit of relief or sends the whole week sideways, and either way, you’re still no closer to knowing if you’re doing this right.

It’s the confidence you don’t have on the gym floor.

The way you clock the free weights section from across the room and keep walking, telling yourself you’ll “figure it out another time.”
The way you shrink a bit when you think about picking up something heavier than 5kg, just in case someone’s watching, someone’s judging, someone can tell you don’t know what you’re doing.

It’s the exhaustion of training hard & eating less at the same time; the 3pm slump that coffee doesn’t touch, the workouts that feel harder than they should, the nights you’re too tired to do anything but collapse on the sofa and still wondering why your clothes fit the same as they did six months ago, why you feel like you’re doing everything right & getting nowhere.

It’s the mental load of it too; the calculating, the guilt when you “mess up,” the Sunday-night dread of starting again on Monday. That’s energy you don’t get back, energy that could be going anywhere else in your life.

You’ve been blaming yourself, but it was never you!

How will my Gym Classes to Gym Confidence Method will help with all that?

The Gym Classes to Gym Confidence Method is my 8-week programme for women who are done sweating it out in classes and ready to actually know what they’re doing on the gym floor.

No more guessing your way through a routine you half-remember from a video.

No more copying whoever’s next to you and hoping you’ve got the form right.

No more standing in front of the weights rack doing mental maths on what to pick up, then grabbing the lightest one just to be safe.

You’ll be given a proper plan; one that builds week on week, so you always know what you’re doing, why you’re doing it, and what it’s working towards.

You’ll learn the lifts that actually move the needle; squats, presses, deadlifts, the stuff that gets you real, visible results, which will be broken down so simply it doesn’t matter that you’ve never done them before (no assuming you already know what a “set” or a “rep range” means!).

You’ll be shown how to eat enough to support what you’re doing in the gym, instead of quietly cutting back and wondering why you’re exhausted, why your sessions feel harder than they should, why nothing’s changing even though you’re “trying so hard”.

This is about finally training in a way that works with your body instead of against it, so you’re not white-knuckling your way through another Monday reset, but actually building on what you did last week, and the week before that.

What’s included in the 8-weeks?

An 8-week gym floor programme

Built specifically for women moving from classes into lifting, so no experience is needed. Every session will be planned out for you in advance, so you never have to think “what do I do today?”, you just turn up and follow it.

Weekly 1-1 check-ins & coaching support

You’re never left guessing whether you’re doing it right. If a weight feels too heavy, too light, or a session gets missed because life happened, you’ve got somewhere to ask, and someone who’ll actually answer.

Nutrition guidance that supports your training

No food rules, no “good” & “bad” lists. Instead, you’ll understand what eating enough actually looks like for you, so you stop second-guessing every meal and start noticing your energy come back.

A private space to ask the questions you’d never ask out loud on the gym floor

“Is this normal,” “am I doing this right,” “why does this feel so hard” and get support from women going through exactly what you are, at exactly the same stage.

Video demos & form guidance for every movement

Walking onto the gym floor stops feeling like a guessing game… no more hovering by the mirror hoping you look like you know what you’re doing.

A plan that builds week on week (not the same session on repeat)

Week 1 sets you up, so by week 8, you’re lifting heavier, moving better, and can actually feel and see the difference because each week is designed to build on the one before it, not just repeat it.

What actually changes across the 8 weeks?

You’ll feel awkward on the gym floor at first, and that’s normal, and expected!

But you’ll already know exactly what you’re doing when you walk in, because it’s written out for you. You’ll start eating a bit more than you’re used to, and instead of expecting to gain body fat overnight (spoiler: you won’t!), you’ll likely just feel less wiped out by the end of the day.

The awkwardness starts to fade

You’ll stop double-checking you’re in the right spot, stop hovering by the mirror and you’ll notice the weights that felt heavy in week 1 don’t feel quite as heavy anymore. Your energy starts to lift; workouts feel less like survival and more like something you’re actually doing, on purpose.

This is usually where it clicks.

You’ll catch yourself moving through the gym like you belong there, because you do! You’ll be lifting weights you wouldn’t have gone near in week 1, without a second thought. Friends or family might comment that you seem different… more energised, more you.

You’ll look back at week 1 and barely recognise how unsure you felt.

You’re not just following a plan anymore, but you actually understand it. You’ll walk onto the gym floor and pick up whatever you need, without the mental rehearsal beforehand, and for the first time in a long time, your goals will have shifted off the scales, and onto what you CAN actually do.

/* Created by Ates Evren Aydinel from Noun Project (CC BY 3.0) */

By the end of 8 weeks, you can expect to:

Sed malesuada in tristique lorem nunc gravida ac. Ornare vitae morbi sed iaculis dui fermentum eu. Rutrum sit mauris massa volutpat purus interdum cursus. Commodo fermentum convallis.

Walk onto the gym floor and know exactly what you’re doing; no hovering, no waiting for someone else to go first

Be lifting weights you never thought you’d touch, let alone enjoy

Eat enough to properly support your training, without the fear that more food means gaining more body fat

Feel more capable in your body, noticeably, physically capable, not just “toned”

Stop chasing the scales and start chasing the next number on the bar

Feel like you belong on that gym floor… because you do!

These ladies were all sat where you are now

Alex

I should have done it a year ago when I first came across your account

Alex came to me running on empty; a theatre nurse, two young boys & a schedule that left approximately 0 minutes for herself. So meals happened when she could grab them at work and by the time the kids were in bed & tea was cooked, it was practically, ‘I’ll sort it tomorrow’.

No routine, no accountability sand no time… or so she thought!

Alex started on one of my very first 8-week programmes, back when I was just getting this off the ground. That was over a year ago and she’s still here!

She’s now getting in to the gym twice a week, picking up weights for the first time in her life and not just surviving it… she’s actually lovin’ it. And somewhere in between the night shifts & the school runs and the late dinners, she’s dropped 10kg.

Claire

Kelly I bloody love the gym

Claire came to me completely overwhelmed; social media had her convinced she needed to earn her food, cut back on the things she loved and sweat through as many calories as possible in every session. Weekends were for cake & chocolate, Mondays were for crackers & guilt and round n round it went.

She wasn’t eating badly, she was cooking for her family most days! But perimenopause had her worried about the “meno belly”, confused about protein and stuck in a cycle of treating herself then punishing herself for it. And her workouts? All group classes and HIIT, because they burned the most calories, so that was the entire logic.

She needed someone to cut through the noise. Claire was one of my very first Beginner to Barbell ladies. She swapped the cardio-only mindset for a structured, progressive programme and she’s never looked back! Three sessions a week in the gym now, actually lifting, actually fuelling herself properly and 5kg down in the process.

Fay

This is 60kg from the floor

Fat & uncomfortable.. That’s how she felt when she first messaged me. Exhausted from the daily grind, convenience food because there was nothing left in the tank and a gym relationship that was starting to split apart. She knew what she was doing in there, technically but she’d just lost all faith in herself.

Oh, and dodgy knees on top of it all!

Fay won 12 weeks of coaching in one of my giveaways. Twelve weeks turned into… well, she’s still here!

The goal was never really about dropping weight; it was about getting Fay feeling good enough in her body to actually fuel it properly & enjoy moving it in the gym again.. And nd that’s exactly what happened! She’s deadlifting from the floor now, she knows how to adapt her programme when something doesn’t feel right, how to push when it does and she’s progressing her weights & reps every single week on her own steam. She even sends me videos of her lifts so we can pick apart her technique together.

That’s not someone who’s lost confidence; that’s someone who took ownership around how she felt and made the changes.

Rhian

I actually walk in with a plan!

Rhian was another one of my very first Beginner to Barbell ladies; she arrived with diet culture practically tattooed on her brain. Weight loss was the mission and she’d been chasing it through endless attempts that hadn’t stuck.
We flipped the script to forget shrinking…

She wanted to train from home at first, which sounded great in theory, except home was home; the sofa, the dog, the washing pile, all of it competing for attention. So we did something about it and researched gyms in her area, booked her a taster session and she signed herself up.

Now she’s in the gym twice a week & LOVES it. We’ve been putting serious work into her RDL form, building up that posterior chain, and she headed off on holiday recently feeling strong, capable, and SO ready for it.

FAQs

I’ve never lifted before, so is this really for me?

Yes. This programme is built specifically for women coming from group classes, so you don’t need any experience… you just need to be ready to learn.

Will I get bulky?

No. Building visible muscle takes a long LONG time, a lot of very deliberate eating, and a lot of very deliberate training – it doesn’t happen by accident in 8 weeks. What you will get is stronger, more capable & more confident in your own skin.

I’m worried about eating more – won’t I gain weight?

This is one of the biggest myths we bust inside the programme!!
Eating enough to support your training isn’t the same as eating “too much.” I’ll guide you through this every step of the way.

I’ve tried programmes before and they haven’t worked, so why would yours be different?

Because the problem was never you; it was the plans.
Programmes that ask you to workout hard and eat less at the same time aren’t built to last, for anyone. This one’s built differently: a plan that actually makes sense, that builds week-on-week, with a real person checking in on you… not another download you’re left to figure out alone.

I’m nervous about being judged on the gym floor. What if people are watching?

Almost nobody is watching you as closely as you think; everyone’s far more focused on their own workout than yours, but if that fear’s been keeping you off the free weights, this programme is built to fix exactly that. By week 4, most women say the gym floor stops feeling like a stage and starts feeling like just… where they can just crack on with their own thing!

I’ve spent money on things before that didn’t work, so how do I know this is worth it?

Fair question, and one you should ask! The difference here isn’t just the plan, but it’s also the support behind it. You’re not left to work it out alone with an app or a PDF; you’ve got 1-1 weekly check-ins with me, a coach who’s actually looking at what you’re doing, not just hoping it works.

What if I don’t have much time?

This is built for busy women and you won’t need hours in the gym. You’ll be shown exactly what to do, so no time is wasted guessing.

What if I fall behind or miss a session?

Life happens but the plan is designed to flex around you, and you’ll have support to get back on track without starting over.

What happens after 8 weeks?

You’ll have the confidence, the knowledge, and the habits to keep going on your own, but there’ll be an option to continue working together if you want more further support.

Join Group Classes to Gym Confidence
Today

You’ve spent years showing up, working hard, and still not feeling like you belong on the gym floor; booking the group class, doing the extra session, cutting back on the weekend, starting again, properly this time, on more Mondays than you can count.

Because nobody ever showed you a different way… one that doesn’t rely on restriction, guesswork, or starting again every Monday.
One that tells you what to do, why you’re doing it, and how it all builds into something.

This is that different way… that is the Gym Class to Gym Confidence Method.

8 weeks.
A proper plan that builds week on week.
A way of training and eating that actually makes sense; one that leaves you with more energy, not less.

Coaching support so you’re never left guessing.
And a gym floor that stops feeling like somewhere you’re borrowing space, and starts feeling like it’s yours.

You don’t need to be “a lifter” to start, but you do need to be ready to stop starting again, and finally build on what you do.

Spaces close Sunday 11th September at 8pm.
We start Monday 14th September.
