Stop going to the same machines, stop hiding in fitness classes and START actually knowing what you’re doing in the gym, yeah? 🙂
8 weeks, 1-1 coaching, £99
Time left to grab your space:
This is for you if…
You’ve joined a gym but if we’re being honest, you have absolutely no idea what you’re doing when you get there.
Maybe you walk in, do a lap, feel completely lost and end up on the treadmill again because at least you know how to use that.
Maybe you’ve never touched the weights area because it feels like it belongs to someone else entirely and you don’t want to be the woman who clearly doesn’t know what she’s doing.
Maybe you go to fitness classes because at least someone’s telling you what to do; at least there’s structure and at least you don’t have to stand there wondering if everyone’s watching you.
Or maybe you used to go, had a good thing going, life got in the way and now the thought of going back feels weirdly harder than starting from scratch did.
Sound familiar? Yeah. That’s exactly who this is for.
You haven’t failed at fitness… but the conditions were wrong for you
Fitness has been sold to you like:
“Just be disciplined.”
“Just show up.”
“Everyone else figures it out… so why can’t you?”
But here’s what nobody actually told you how to do:
HOW to walk into a gym & know exactly where to go and what to do when you get there.
HOW to stand in the weights area without feeling exposed & out of place.
HOW to learn something completely new without feeling stupid in front of everyone else.
HOW to stay consistent when motivation disappears (which, by the way, it always does for everyone!)
HOW to eat in a way that supports you without making your whole life miserable.
You were expected to just… figure it out.
Alone.
In an environment that felt intimidating, surrounded by people who looked like they’d always belonged there.
And when it didn’t stick, you’ve always blamed yourself for it, right?
That’s not a you problem. That’s a conditions problem. And Beginner to Barbell fixes the conditions.
Here’s what carrying this around actually costs you:
It’s not just about the gym… it’s this stuff that follows you.
You drive there, sit in the car park, talk yourself out of it an then drive home.
You go in, wander around for ten minutes not knowing where to start, do something safe just so you feel like you did something and leave earlier than you planned. You watch other women lift and think ‘I’d love to do that… I just need to sort myself out first’.
You keep waiting until you feel ready.
Until you feel confident enough.
Until you know enough.
But that moment keeps not coming, because confidence doesn’t come before you start… it comes from actually doing the thing and THAT is what I’d love to help you with.
So what actually is Beginner to Barbell Method?
Honestly? It’s the next best step you can take if you want to get genuinely confident in the gym, not just survive it.
Not confident in a “I’ll get there eventually” way; confident in a walk-in-knowing-exactly-what-you’re-doing, stop-avoiding-the-weights-area, stop-going-to-the-same-three-machines-because-they’re-safe kind of way.
And here’s the thing most programmes completely miss… when your confidence grows in the gym, it doesn’t stay in the gym. It bleeds into everything;
How you carry yourself.
How you make decisions.
How much you trust yourself.
That’s the bit that nobody talks about enough.
This is an 8-week 1-1 coaching programme; your own programme, built for you, with me properly in your corner the whole way through.
Most programmes tell you what to do and leave you to figure out the rest… mine is about how you actually follow through, especially when life gets busy & motivation has completely fu*ked off.
What’s included:
Your own training programme
Built around your schedule, your starting point, your goals. Delivered through your own app so you know exactly what you’re doing before you walk in, so no more wandering, or defaulting to the treadmill.
You walk in with a plan and you own & follow it.
Nutrition guidance
No. not a diet, or a a list of things you’re not allowed.
Real guidance built around your actual life; your family, your weekends, the meals that actually happen and you’ll eat like a normal grown woman.
Food stops being so loud and gets simpler!
Weekly 1-1 check-ins
Every week we check in properly.
What’s working, what isn’t, what needs to change so you’re never just left to get on with it and hope for the best.
I’m with you through the good weeks, the busy weeks, and the weeks where everything feels hard.
Exercise video library
Every movement shown on video before you ever attempt it s you know what it looks like & what it should feel like before you’re anywhere near the equipment.
No more standing in front of a machine hoping nobody notices you have no idea how it works.
WhatsApp community
You’ll be added to a group with the other women I work with. Women who genuinely get it because they’re in exactly the same position as you.
Support, accountability, somewhere to share the small wins, because for the first time ever, you’re not doing this on your own.
Direct access to me
Question between check-ins? Something felt off in your session? Not sure if you’re doing it right?
Just message me. I’m here… like, properly here, not just at the scheduled times.
What actually changes across the 8 weeks?
Weeks 1–2
Getting your sh*t together.
The overwhelm lifts & you know exactly what to do when you walk in.
You start lifting, eating regularly and the noise around food starts to calm down.
Getting the psychological safety right first is why everything else works.
Weeks 3–4
The gym now starts feeling familiar.
You’re lifting heavier than you expected, consistency starts feeling normal rather than something you have to force and you’re eating to support yourself, not punishing yourself for it.
Weeks 5–6
You are someone who lifts.
A missed session doesn’t send you into a spiral anymore. Your clothes fit differently. Progress feels steady and real — not lucky.
Weeks 7–8
The gym feels like your space; you trust yourself, you show up and you’re training around real life, not instead of it.
Just you, doing the thing.

A bit about me
Heyyy! I’m Kelly; a ladies health and fitness coach and the woman behind Sorelle Vitality.
I built Beginner to Barbell Method because I kept seeing the same thing…
Women who were capable, motivated and genuinely trying, sitting in gym car parks working up the nerve to go in, wandering around the weights area feeling completely out of place and hiding in fitness classes because at least there was structure.
Starting & stopping and quietly blaming themselves every time it didn’t stick.
The fitness industry gave them a plan and expected them to figure out the rest; that’s not good enough to me!
This programme exists because you deserve someone actually in your corner, not just handing you a programme and wishing you luck, but properly with you, through the busy weeks, the wobbles and the moments where you’re not sure you’re doing it right.
When you’re ready to stop circling it and actually start — I’m here for ya.
So, you’re probably thinking…
“What if I start and stop again like I always do?”
Stopping isn’t failure here. Missed sessions are expected and planned for so we adjust, we don’t restart from zero. The goal is continuity, not perfection.
“I feel like I don’t belong in the weights area.”
That feeling isn’t a sign you’re not ready, but it is a sign you haven’t had the right support yet. By week two you’ll walk in knowing exactly what you’re doing and that changes the whole damn thing.
“What if people are watching me?”
Most people in the gym are too focused on themselves to notice anyone else. But more than that… when you walk in with a plan & a programme behind you, you stop worrying about it, because you know what you’re doing.
“I don’t have time.”
This is built to bend around real life. Busy weeks don’t break it and they’re factored in.
“I don’t want to diet.”
Then don’t! This is a no restriction, no guilt & no cutting out everything you enjoy kinda programme. You eat like a normal grown woman and we work WITH your life.
“I don’t know how to use the equipment.”
That’s literally what this is for. You’ll know how to use everything before you try it, so no winging it, no Googling mid-session and no hoping for the best.
“Do I need experience?”
None. Never lifted before? Perfect.
That’s exactly who this is built for.
“What happens after 8 weeks?”
That’s a conversation we can have at the end.
Lots of women choose to continue as they’ve had so much fun! But no pressure & no automatic renewal.
You’ve been thinking about this for long enough.
You know the feeling…
And eight weeks from now you could still be in the same place, OR you could be the woman who actually knows what she’s doing in the gym, trusts herself to show up, and has stopped waiting to feel ready before she starts.
Spaces close Friday 3rd July at 8pm.
These ladies were all sat where you are now
“ I should have done it a year ago when I first came across your account
Alex came to me running on empty; a theatre nurse, two young boys & a schedule that left approximately 0 minutes for herself. So meals happened when she could grab them at work and by the time the kids were in bed & tea was cooked, it was practically, ‘I’ll sort it tomorrow’.
No routine, no accountability sand no time… or so she thought!
Alex started on one of my very first 8-week programmes, back when I was just getting this off the ground. That was over a year ago and she’s still here!
She’s now getting in to the gym twice a week, picking up weights for the first time in her life and not just surviving it… she’s actually lovin’ it. And somewhere in between the night shifts & the school runs and the late dinners, she’s dropped 10kg.
“ Kelly I bloody love the gym
Claire came to me completely overwhelmed; social media had her convinced she needed to earn her food, cut back on the things she loved and sweat through as many calories as possible in every session. Weekends were for cake & chocolate, Mondays were for crackers & guilt and round n round it went.
She wasn’t eating badly, she was cooking for her family most days! But perimenopause had her worried about the “meno belly”, confused about protein and stuck in a cycle of treating herself then punishing herself for it. And her workouts? All group classes and HIIT, because they burned the most calories, so that was the entire logic.
She needed someone to cut through the noise. Claire was one of my very first Beginner to Barbell ladies. She swapped the cardio-only mindset for a structured, progressive programme and she’s never looked back! Three sessions a week in the gym now, actually lifting, actually fuelling herself properly and 5kg down in the process.
“ This is 60kg from the floor
Fat & uncomfortable.. That’s how she felt when she first messaged me. Exhausted from the daily grind, convenience food because there was nothing left in the tank and a gym relationship that was starting to split apart. She knew what she was doing in there, technically but she’d just lost all faith in herself.
Oh, and dodgy knees on top of it all!
Fay won 12 weeks of coaching in one of my giveaways. Twelve weeks turned into… well, she’s still here!
The goal was never really about dropping weight; it was about getting Fay feeling good enough in her body to actually fuel it properly & enjoy moving it in the gym again.. And nd that’s exactly what happened! She’s deadlifting from the floor now, she knows how to adapt her programme when something doesn’t feel right, how to push when it does and she’s progressing her weights & reps every single week on her own steam. She even sends me videos of her lifts so we can pick apart her technique together.
That’s not someone who’s lost confidence; that’s someone who took ownership around how she felt and made the changes.
“ I actually walk in with a plan!
Rhian was another one of my very first Beginner to Barbell ladies; she arrived with diet culture practically tattooed on her brain. Weight loss was the mission and she’d been chasing it through endless attempts that hadn’t stuck.
We flipped the script to forget shrinking…
She wanted to train from home at first, which sounded great in theory, except home was home; the sofa, the dog, the washing pile, all of it competing for attention. So we did something about it and researched gyms in her area, booked her a taster session and she signed herself up.
Now she’s in the gym twice a week & LOVES it. We’ve been putting serious work into her RDL form, building up that posterior chain, and she headed off on holiday recently feeling strong, capable, and SO ready for it.
